untitled polaroids 2007-2008
When I think of past memories, very often I am not remembering just that one event. One memory leads to another and they blend together to create a mood or general feeling. Creating these polaroids and the fragmented text was my best attempt at sharing these memories with the viewer.
This is an installation I did in Gallery 2 at Washington State University. I was interested in the space and how door allowed one to enter through the photographs. I liked how the opening and closing the door provided new perspectives and forced different memories to interact with each other.
